This is how every app I build starts. Answer in your own words — there are no wrong answers, and most of them are short. You can attach your logo, photos or a list along the way. It saves as you go on this device, so you can close it and come back.
Your answers go only to me. This form never asks for a password — for anything — and never will.

Questions people ask
How tech-savvy do I need to be? Not at all. If you can send a text and open a link, you can use your app. Nothing to install, nothing to update; you get a one-page guide and a walk-through.
Do I need a hosting account? No. The app runs on my accounts — nothing for you to set up and no hosting bill, now or later.
Do I have to buy a domain name? No. Every app comes with a free address that works exactly the same. A name of your own is optional, about $10–15 a year, and I set it up for you if you want one.
Can another developer manage it after it is built? Yes. Ordinary web files and a plain database, no unusual tools, plus written notes — any web developer can pick it up. I hand over a complete copy and answer their questions.
What if I don't like what is built? Two rounds of changes are included, and I expect you to use them. If you stop before I begin building, you get everything back; once I have begun, the time is spent, but you keep everything built so far.
